Ghar Devta ("we", "us", "our") is an online platform that facilitates devotional seva requests — including puja, chadava, gau seva and guided pitra daan — on behalf of devotees at partner temples and gaushala. By using our website at ghardevta.com, you agree to these terms.

• All seva requests are subject to availability at the temple or gaushala on the requested date.
• We confirm the seva details with the temple before proceeding. You will be contacted on the WhatsApp / phone number you provide.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome, miracle or result from the seva. The offering is made in good faith on your behalf.
• You are responsible for providing accurate devotee names, sankalp and contact details.

• All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store any card or banking details on our servers.
• Prices displayed on the site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
• One-time puja payments are charged immediately at checkout.
• Monthly seva (chadava, gau seva) is charged via an auto-pay mandate (UPI Autopay, card or eMandate). The first charge is made at checkout; subsequent charges occur on the same date each month until the subscription is cancelled.
• The mandate allows up to 60 monthly charges (5 years). You may cancel at any time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

After the seva is performed, we aim to send a photo, short video or digital receipt as proof. Updates are sent via WhatsApp or email. The nature of the proof depends on what is available at the temple on the day of the offering.

Ghar Devta facilitates seva requests in good faith. We are not liable for any spiritual outcome, indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific seva in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
